When ordering online, we ship all orders out using Royal Mail, which takes 2-3 days and requires a signature on delivery. If Royal Mail are not able to deliver your glasses, they may leave you a card and take your parcel to a local Royal Mail depot for collection at your convenience.

If you live locally to one of our branches, you are welcome to collect your online order in your closest branch. Simply choose “Click & Collect” as your delivery method and select the branch in question. The branch will then be in touch with you when your specs are ready to collect.
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee for all orders, provided that the glasses are returned in good condition along with all original cases and packaging. To claim under this guarantee, keep the glasses safe to one side and get in touch with the Direct Specs store you bought them from. Or, if you ordered online, email us at sales@directspecs.co.uk. Please note that refunds will not be made for return postage.
