Delivery

When ordering online, we ship all orders out using Royal Mail, which takes 2-3 days and requires a signature on delivery. If Royal Mail are not able to deliver your glasses, they may leave you a card and take your parcel to a local Royal Mail depot for collection at your convenience.

Click & Collect

If you live locally to one of our branches, you are welcome to collect your online order in your closest branch. Simply choose “Click & Collect” as your delivery method and select the branch in question. The branch will then be in touch with you when your specs are ready to collect.

Order Turnaround

We advise that your glasses will be posted within 10 working days of your order. This is often much sooner, but can take longer for multiple frames or complex prescriptions.

Returns

If there is any issue with your glasses we will endeavour to replace, repair or refund all reasonable return requests. Please contact our team at sales@directspecs.co.uk to let us know the problem and we will advise of the next steps.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee for all orders, provided that the glasses are returned in good condition along with all original cases and packaging.
